Welcome
The 4th Angle is working with emerging and new Enterprises to enable them to support people with learning difficulties, providing training and work experience and supported employment opportunities.
For anyone with a disability, gaining employment is a life-changing experience. A job engenders confidence and self-respect, in contrast to the social exclusion often associated with unemployment. It broadens and develops an individual’s skills and extends social circles – vital elements for a fulfilled life. Our mission is to change lives through employment. We break down the barriers facing people with disabilities and health conditions, and create opportunities in every field at every level.
Did you know?
In the UK there are 7.5 million people of working age with disabling conditions. Only 50% of them are working, compared to 81% of non-disabled people.
